Meeting Point on the Conception Vessel with the Lung, Spleen, Stomach, and Triple Energizer Channels.
Location: In the upper umbilical region, on the anterior midline, 4 cun superior to the umbilicus.

Information about Acupressure Point LR13
Zhang Men • Liver 13 – Camphorwood Gate. Front Mu Point of the Spleen that connects with Back Shu BL20.
Meeting Point on the Liver Channel with the Gall Bladder, Kidney, Heart, Spleen and Lung Channels.
Location: On the lateral abdomen, slightly inferior and anterior to the tip of the free end of the eleventh rib.

WEEK 2 – CONTROL APPETITE / WEIGHT LOSS
Apply one set of Energy Enhancer patches to the Stomach 25 acupuncture points, white on right, tan on left.
This is the preferred location, although other acupuncture points that may be used include Stomach 36, Liver 3, Gallbladder 41, Large Intestine 4 and Large Intestine 5.
Do this every day or every other day.
Apply one SP6 patch to the Spleen 6 Acupressure Point acupuncture point on the right side of the body.
Do this every day or every other day.
On Monday, Wednesday and Friday, apply a Glutathione patch to CV12 acu-point. You may also use the CV6 point.
On Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, apply a Carnosine patch to the CV12 acu-point. You may also use the CV6 point.
It is STRONGLY recommended that NO cold foods or beverages be consumed. It is said that this will slow results, it is much better to only consume warm or hot food and drink.
It is recommended that each day, (3 times per day, for 2 minutes each session) that you use your hands to lightly push on the belly in a downward motion from the CV17 acupuncture point to the belly button.
It is recommended that each day, (3 times per day, for 2 minutes each session) that you use your hands to lightly tap around the belly button area of the body.
